As part of our services, we now offer brief neuropsychological screenings conducted by Dr. Georgescu, our Board-Certified Clinical Neuropsychologist. These screenings are designed to:

Who is it for?

The clinic is designed for Individuals over the age of 50 who are interested in learning about the aging process and want to be screened for early cognitive changes or other age-related concerns.

What kinds of services are provided?
Services may include:

Cognitive screenings
Functional assessments (daily activities)

Education on healthy aging, neurodegeneration, diagnosis possibilities

What are cognitive screenings?

These are short, non-invasive tests that help detect changes in memory, attention, and problem-solving. Early detection allows for better planning, treatment options, and support

How long does the screening appointment take?

Typically, a screening appointment takes two hours to complete. In general, the appointment includes a brief interview with the patient and a family member and a short assessment with the patient. Time permitting, a feedback and recommendation discussion may also be included at the end or in a separate brief appointment at a later date.
